Shown below: a map highlighting the Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt office locations in the Delaware Valley with street addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers shown for all four offices. The routes of the major highways of the region are shown in red with icons designating their Interstate numbers; please, reference the map if you find anything unclear about the driving directions.
For the benefit of those travelling from outside the region, Philadelphia International Airport is marked with an encircled plane icon (it sits between our Philadelphia and Delaware County offices - slightly offset to the south). From the airport, there is quick access to I-95 North; after entering the highway, please follow the "From the South" directions shown below to get to our Philadelphia office.
Driving Directions to Philadelphia Office
From the North:
• Take I-95 South; exit at I-676 (Center City - Vine Street)
• Take Broad Street Exit and follow signs for South 15th Street
• Follow South 15th Street to JFK Boulevard, and turn right
• Proceed 1 1/2 blocks to One Penn Center (at Suburban Station)
From the West:
• Take I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) East; exit at I-676 (Vine St.)
• Stay in right lane; exit at Broad Street (Central Philadelphia)
• Keep right; from the exit lane turn right onto 15th Street
• Follow South 15th Street to JFK Boulevard, and turn right
• Proceed 1 1/2 blocks to One Penn Center (at Suburban Station)
From the South:
• Take I-95 North; exit at I-676 (Center City - Vine Street)
• Take Broad Street Exit and follow signs for South 15th Street
• Follow South 15th Street to JFK Boulevard, and turn right
• Proceed 1 1/2 blocks to One Penn Center (at Suburban Station)
From the East:
• Cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge; you will be on I-676
• Stay right for local Vine St. traffic (not the Vine St. Expressway)
• Turn left onto South 15th Street
• Follow South 15th Street to JFK Boulevard, and turn right
• Proceed 1 1/2 blocks to One Penn Center (at Suburban Station)
Parking:
• There is a parking lot to the northwest of the office building, between 18th Street and 19th Street, on the south side of Arch Street
• To get there: continue along JFK Boulevard, past One Penn Center at Suburban Station, then make a right onto 18th Street
• Proceed briefly along 18th Street, and the entrance to the parking lot will be to your left (just past Cuthbert Street)
Driving Directions to New Jersey Office
From the North:
• Take I-295 South; exit via Exit 36A towards Berlin / Mt. Laurel
• You will be on Route 73 South; exit it via the Evesboro ramp
• Turn left onto Lincoln Drive West, and proceed for one block
• The office is to the left, just before the first entrance to the park
From the West:
• Cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge; you will be on US-30 East
• Follow US-30 E until junction with RT-38 East / Kaighns Ave
• Take Route 38 East until junction with Route 73 South
• Exit RT-73 S via Evesboro ramp; turn left onto Lincoln Drive W
• The office is to the left, just before the first entrance to the park
From the South:
• Take I-295 North; exit via Exit 36A towards Berlin / Mt. Laurel
• You will be on Route 73 South; exit it via the Evesboro ramp
• Turn left onto Lincoln Drive West, and proceed for one block
• The office is to the left, just before the first entrance to the park
From the East:
• Take Route 70 West until junction with Route 73, to the right
• Follow Route 73 North briefly; exit via Lincoln Drive ramp
• Make a sharp left onto Lincoln Drive East, stay in center lane
• Lincoln Dr East becomes Lincoln Dr West after crossing RT-73
• The office is to the right, just after the fifth entrance to the park
Parking:
• There are parking spaces surrounding the building; if none are available, there is parking throughout the rest of the business park
Driving Directions to Delaware County Office
From the North:
• Take I-476 South; exit via Exit 3 towards Swarthmore / Media
• Keep right at fork after exit ramp to enter East Baltimore Pike
• Turn right onto Monroe Street, then left onto W 2nd Street
• The office is the 3rd building to the left, past North Jackson St.
From the West:
• Take US Route 1 / Baltimore Pike heading east towards Media
• Just outside Media, Baltimore Pike becomes Baltimore Avenue
• Proceed along Baltimore Ave until it intersects with Jackson St
• Turn left onto S Jackson St and continue north for six blocks
• Turn left onto W 2nd St., the office is the 3rd building to the left
From the South:
• Take I-476 North; exit via Exit 3 towards Swarthmore / Media
• At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto East Baltimore Pike
• Turn right onto Monroe Street, then left onto W 2nd Street
• The office is the 3rd building to the left, past North Jackson St.
From the East:
• Take I-95 South; merge onto I-476 N via Exit 7 (Plymouth Mtg.)
• Take I-476 North; exit via Exit 3 towards Swarthmore / Media
• At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto East Baltimore Pike
• Turn right onto Monroe Street, then left onto W 2nd Street
• The office is the 3rd building to the left, past North Jackson St.
Parking:
• There is usually parking available in front of the building along West 2nd Street or just to the east along North Jackson Street
• If not, there are a few parking lots to the northeast of the office building along the southern side of East Carbon Street
• To get there: proceed one block past the office on N Jackson Street, then make the first right; the parking lots will be to your right
Driving Directions to Delaware Office
From the North:
• Take I-95 South (Crossing from Pennsylvania into Delaware)
• Exit I-95 via Exit 7A, towards SR-52 South / Delaware Avenue
• Continue straight after exit and you will be on West 11th Street
• Turn left onto N. Orange St. and proceed one block to building
From the West:
• Take I-95 North (Crossing from Maryland into Delaware)
• Exit I-95 via Exit 7, towards SR-52 North / Delaware Avenue
• After exiting ramp, make a slight left onto North Adams Street
• Proceed two blocks, and turn right onto West 11th Street
• Turn left onto N. Orange St. and proceed one block to building
From the South:
• Take Del. Route 1 North; merge onto I-95 North via Exit 165B
• Exit I-95 via Exit 7; make a slight left onto North Adams Street
• Proceed two blocks, and turn right onto West 11th Street
• Turn left onto N. Orange St. and proceed one block to building
From the East:
• Cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge; you will be on I-295
• Merge onto I-95 North via left interchange towards Wilmington
• Exit I-95 via Exit 7; make a slight left onto North Adams Street
• Proceed two blocks, and turn right onto West 11th Street
• Turn left onto N. Orange St. and proceed one block to building
Parking:
• There are two nearby parking garages: the first is across West 12th Street from the building (on the southern side of the street)
• The second, larger, parking garage is across North Orange Street from the building, the entrance is on the east side of North Orange Street
