Biography

Nicholas J. Sansone joined Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC in 1991 and is a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office. Nicholas concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation defense, where he focuses on matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle claims, commercial liability, construction defect claims and discrimination.

Nicholas’s clients include public entities, self-insureds, and insurance carriers. He has extensive trial experience throughout the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Nicholas has obtained numerous defense verdicts, and has been a key figure in establishing the laws in regard to arbitration conduct at the appellate level in Pennsylvania.

Nicholas is a member of the Burlington County, Camden County, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, as well as the Justinian Society. His community efforts include his role as a mentor and coach for Cherry Hill Soccer Club and Cherry Hill National Little League. Nicholas has also handled several pro bono cases through the Camden County Bar Association.

Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Temple University in 1988, and he received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1991. From 1989 to 1990, Nicholas served as law clerk to Professor William Valente, Villanova University School of Law.
