Biography

Kenneth S. Fair is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC and practices with the firm’s Insurance Defense Department. Kenneth, who joined the firm in 2002, focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense litigation and insurance defense.

Ken has over nineteen years experience litigating complex professional liability claims. He has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses and dentists in all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings through trial. In addition, he has successfully resolved matters through alternate dispute resolutions including mediations and arbitrations. Prior to joining Naulty, Ken was a partner with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin P.C., where he focused on professional liability claims.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in 1993. While in law school, Ken served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is also a recipient of the National Order of the Barrister for Trial Advocacy.

Ken is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
