Ronald P. Bartash is a partner in the Delaware County, Pennsylvania office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC. His area of concentration is workers' compensation defense. Ronald has over twenty years experience providing advice and counsel to employers, insurers and third party administrators on a variety of workers’ compensation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ronald has tried numerous cases before workers’ compensation judges, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and Commonwealth Court throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. He also regularly litigates workers' compensation cases in every New Jersey vicinage. He provides best practices to his client base and frequently lectures on workers' compensation topics to insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employers. In addition, he counsels employers on risk management issues and assists them in handling and defending their workers' compensation cases.
A graduate of Villanova University, Ronald earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1977 and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1989 - during which time, he worked full time as a law clerk for an asbestos litigation firm in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending law school, Ronald was honored with the American Jurisprudence Award in Law and Medicine and Administrative Law and also earned the William J. Conner Memorial Award for excellence in Administrative Law.
Prior to joining Naulty, Scaricamazza and McDevitt, Ronald served as a law clerk for the Honorable A. Leo Sereni of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. During his time with the firm - on three separate occasions, Ronald has been placed among Super Lawyers magazine's yearly ranking of "Pennsylvania Super Lawyers".
Ronald is a member of the Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers' Association. He has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1989 and in the State of New Jersey since 1993.
