Biography

Jason M. Avellino is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC and practices with the firm’s Insurance Defense Department. Jason focuses his practice in a broad range of litigation matters, including: premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle claims, professional discipline and veterinary malpractice.

A graduate of Bloomsburg University, Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management magna cum laude in 2007. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 2010 - where he was a member of both the Corporate Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason interned for the Honorable Linda A. Carpenter of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Jason is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
